Internet, meet Nala.
Isn't she absolutely precious! We'd been in talks about getting a pet for a while (& by in talks, I mean I talked and Colin rolled his eyes) but when I spotted these babies for sale even Colin couldn't say no. I was a little worried about how the boys would react, I thought Daniel would be terrified and Joshua would be overzealous (which, he was, a little) but they both fell in love and really impressed me. I couldn't believe how tiny they were! Daniel favoured this little one in particular and spent a good hour playing with her on the floor. He called Daddy and practically begged him, and half an hour later we were browsing Pets at Home for all the kitten essentials. Colin took us to pick her up after work, and I don't think I have ever seen the boys so excited. They both cried at bedtime! She's a very timid little thing, though I can't blame her for that. Daniel is being incredibly gentle with her, she sat and mewed at him while he was eating lunch and tried to climb up his legs at dinner! She's still settling in, and spends most of her time sleeping, but she's definitely not going to be short of love in this house!
Welcome to the family, Nala Tiger.
