001. I took Daniel to a football session at our local sports centre last week, it was beyond adorable. Six 3-5 year olds chasing the balls, playing games where they had to put their leg/arm/head/belly on the ball, trying to score goals. We watched from the stands above, Joshua was so good (bribed with raisins and a banana) and my heart nearly exploded with pride. The we went to the park and Daniel conquered climbing up the rope net and a little climbing wall all by himself. Where's my baby gone?!

002. A little bit of sad news. My Nana had a stroke just over a week ago. She's still in the hospital, not doing great but that's to be expected really. We still don't know the full extent of the damage, as such, whether some of the issues will right themselves or not. I'm not really willing to share all the details, but prayers for her & for my Dad would be greatly appreciated. She was such an amazing and independent lady, it breaks my heart to think that that's been taken from her, but at least she hasn't been taken from us already.

003. I'm LOVING the age Joshua's at right now. He can, and absolutely will, join in with the things his big brother is doing. Playdough, drawing, painting, everything. He's understanding and learning so much more. The other day I mentioned lunch, so he went into the kitchen and returned with a huge smile on his face and a packet of raisins from the cupboard! Now whenever we mention food he runs to the cupboard and grabs whatever he can find, often baking powder! He's a climber, and a little monster, he'll make a break for the street if I leave the front door open to grab something from the shed and the stairs are his favourite place to be. He's definitely keeping me on my toes, and keeping me smiling.

004. Dinosaur week was quite low key, we had a few play dates and visits to see family, but we managed a few things, hopefully I'll finish the post for tomorrow! We got some bits sorted around the house, I finally unpacked the last box (yes, we did move in December) and cleared the spare room a little more, put some bits and pieces up in Joshua's room (some decor, a cot bumper and a pillow in the hopes of it helping him to sleep, because he likes to be cosy! I'll try and get some pictures to share too) We ordered a new fridge freezer, which I'm pretty over excited about - and toaster, and kettle, and microwave! I've also set myself the challenge of watching all the films on Netflix, alphabetically, because our shows have finished and I haven't seen that man films so I'm broadening my horizons! That's pretty much it for our week, how was yours?

005. Colin's off work this week so we have lots of fun things planned! A trip to the beach, strawberry picking, family bike rides, crazy golf, I'm so excited! I'm hoping to cross lots of things off our Summer Bucket List & of course spend lots of time with my three favourite boys! It makes me so happy to spend time together as a family, like tonight we ate dinner together and then watched a show on our bed, Joshua and Colin were playing and laughing together and it just made my heart sing! It's lovely for them to get some Daddy time, he works so hard for us but long hours too & the boys really miss him sometimes. Daniel understands, and he's super excited to have Daddy to do fun things with!

Lots of Love
