My littlest Babyboy and I, enjoying snuggles, probably while the biggest slept. Having him lying on my chest is possibly my favourite thing, it makes my heart so full.

Today we had a crazy-hot-fun-filled day, and by dinner time I was beat. Colin worked late again, I was late starting dinner because Joshua was feeding, I was just freaking out because everything wasn't under control. I walked into the living room to find Daniel laying on the floor next to Joshua, holding his hand. After that, nothing seemed quite as stressful or important, and I may have cried a little. Happy tears, of course. Happy that I have two wonderful boys. It didn't matter that dinner was a few minutes late, or that I fed Joshua while eating, or even that Daniel went to bed late because i wanted to spend a little more time with them, splashing in the bath. My boys love me, that's what matters.

Linking up with the Anderson crew.

  2. Aww! That is so precious! Sometimes it's way too easy to get caught up in the moment and get stressed out at the things that don't really matter. I work hard to keep my focus, but some days I'm not very successful. I'm just grateful for things like forgiveness and love and understanding from God and my precious family members... That's where the ability to pick myself back up after I fail comes from <3.

  4. I have so many evenings like that right now. Holding a baby up to feed with one hand and my fork in the other. Your right - those little things don't matter.
