306. Ducks & daisies.

I'm slowly getting used to this Mama-of-two thing. We've settled into a routine in the mornings which makes life easier (though I'm yet to have a shower without my Dad coming over to watch the boys...)

I feed Joshua in our bed first thing in the morning, if Daniel's awake he'll bring some books in or watch a couple episodes of Peppa Pig on the iPad, then we'll come downstairs for breakfast. Joshua lays in his Moses basket or bouncer while we eat, normally he falls back to sleep.

After breakfast we do something creative, painting or drawing or playdough, in the highchair together, then Daniel will play by himself while I pick up the kitchen. Joshua often wants feeding again too, after going so long during the night.

I've got a plan to get out of the house every day in the mornings, (obviously the weather might affect that) in between feeds & before lunch. Naptimes after lunch are often spent lazily, on the sofa with snacks.

Afternoons are yet to be figured out, once my Dad goes back to work next week I think we'll be at a loss. I'm just going to try and keep busy, I'm making a summer bucket list to keep us entertained too - any suggestions?

I took these pictures last week, we went to a cute little park & to feed the ducks with my Dad. Joshua slept in the pushchair and we taught Daniel how to throw overarm to the ducks (Dad's a keen baseball player) it was a really sweet morning.

Lots of Love
