288. 15 things...

I'm grateful for today. & 15 adorable pictures from our day.

Untitled

01. Colin having the weekends off. He's considering going back into Estate Agency which would mean seeing a lot less of him, but he enjoys it. We'd be super sad though, we had a lovely family day today!

Untitled

02. Finding an outfit that looks pretty good & feels incredibly comfortable! I'm wearing a maxi dress (no tight waistbands, winner!) with a t-shirt (added support!) and I have a feeling I'll be living like this until Babyboy arrives, if not afterwards too!

Untitled

03. Peanut M&M's.

Untitled

04. The fact it was warm enough today to wear sandals. My feet were thankful!

Untitled

05. Wonderful parents and in-laws who have made it possible for me to avoid cooking everyday this week! For no other reason than I'm lazy!

Untitled

06. Daniel's been a little under the weather today. He was fine until we got to his Nana's this afternoon, then he got grumpy and tired, even fell asleep in my arms, and had a fever. Luckily he's gone to bed okay, but we'll see what tonight brings. Obviously I'm not grateful for that, more that we don't have to worry about him like that very often - thankful his health is good.

Untitled

07. Caring family and friends that text me every five minutes to check for updates on baby. Even though there aren't any, and I get frustrated, they're only concerned because they love us.

Untitled

08. A cheeky H&M sale order I made last night. Sunglasses, a table runner, vests & a feather necklace - the essentials. Well, maybe not but they were bargains & that makes me happy!

Untitled

09. The fact I'm carrying this baby to full term (or so it seems) Really! My in-laws' neighbour had her baby girl two weeks early & she had to go into SCBU for a few days. Fingers crossed carrying him for this long means less complications & gives him more time to grow big & strong.

Untitled

10. Mobile phones. I'm so worried I'll go into labour & won't be able to get hold of Colin if he goes out, but he has his phone on him all the time so I needn't worry. What did people do before mobiles though?!

Untitled

11. My health through this pregnancy. I may not be able to get comfortable, ever, and have to pee every five minutes, but I really have had it easy! Even with my tiny bump - my favourite thing to do it watch people's reactions when they ask when I'm due, eyes popping out of their heads when I reply!

Untitled

12. Mid-morning baths, to soothe the aches, even if it was cold.

Untitled

13. Naps. Daniel actually fell asleep snuggled between Colin and I, in our bed, this morning. That has never, ever happened, and it melted my heart. I may have suffered with pins and needles in my arm, but he held my hand tight the whole time, so it was totally worth it! I even managed to fall asleep for an hour, blissful!

Untitled

14. Fresh fruit snacks.

15. Colin, of course. Yes, he winds me up and sleeps in late, but he also basically waits on me hand and foot and chases Daniel around when I can't. He puts up with my constant moans and complaints, and even takes the bin out! I love you baby.

Lots of Love
